Wow!  This looks like an ambitious project; and you're off to a great start!  I saw the first group of pics and had no idea you cut-open the doors on this project, (that alone is a testament to the quality of the workmanship when you can't even tell the doors have been cut-out)!

I'll be watching this one as it progresses!

Impressed!  You use a jig when making the tube chassis?  Any tricks for doing the door hinges, notice the leading edge go in.
