DumpyDan Posted May 23, 2019 Posted May 23, 2019 Started a new build yesterday, a cross between Camaro and Corvette. Lets do some cutting. Going to move the C pillar more forward.
blunc Posted May 23, 2019 Posted May 23, 2019 I would have suggested shortening the body so the C pillar lined up with the door.
matthijsgrit Posted May 23, 2019 Posted May 23, 2019 Wow, this might turn out looking like one of GM's concept cars of the era, or some design study from GM's Design Studio. I'll be following!
Captain Obvious Posted May 23, 2019 Posted May 23, 2019 Now this is different, and awesome! It reminds me a bit of the boattail Buick Riviera...
bigdrag1 Posted May 23, 2019 Posted May 23, 2019 Nice work Dan, It`s a great start to a cool custom !!

Rider Posted May 28, 2019 Posted May 28, 2019 Real interesting Dan. I am looking forward to seeing where this goes.

Either that, or make the door longer by lining up the door's rear edge with the new window opening (and skip the B pillar, just like on 2dn gen. Camaros). To me it looks odd with the B-pillar. But I'm still in awe of what some modelers can do (all the cutting and fitting is amazing). It takes talent to have the vision and the skills to pull this stuff off!
