My humble opinion- the discs look great and very period correct.  I'm personally not as enthralled by the vent window idea as I think it breaks up the lines of the body too much. No matter how you slice it, your workmanship is top notch.

I think your humble opinion is correct. No vent window it is.

Debating the following:

  1. Sidemount spares + trunk
  2. No sidemounts but twin spares in the back instead of the trunk.

More dabbling with the wheels.

I like your wheel solution. The styrene centers could use some cleaning up on the outer edges but otherwise looking really good.

Thanks Tom. Now black or white?

Nice job on those discs. This whole project is shaping out nicely, Pat.

Charlie Larkin

Thanks Charlie. I spent part of the evening modifying the Metal Master Packard backing plates to become the wheel backs of this one.

Looks like it doesn’t it? Will have to check that out. Thanks for pointing that out.

Please know that I am not being critical.I personally have a terrible problem with things not being centered and square,it's something I would need to check if it was on my work bench.

Yup, the one on the right. Don't worry, Tom, I'm a frame straightener too.
