Plashdaddy Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 I know you veterans have probably built this one in one of it’s many guises over the years, but my mum (bless ‘er) bought me this reissue for my birthday, and I hadn’t built it before so here it is! If ever a build was cursed, it’s this one, but it came out ok in the end, thanks for looking.
57peppershaker Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 Looks pretty darn good to me Peter. Love the weathered look and 'Joker' scars.
TarheelRick Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 Yep, very nice weathering job. I have not built this kit yet. I had one, traded it off for something else. Had another and sold it. Bought another one; something about this kit keeps drawing me back. Maybe I will build this one sometime.
David G. Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 Nicely done. I built mine as an unmolested Gotham City PD cruiser. And you are correct. it is a surprisingly challenging kit given its simplicity. David G.
Plashdaddy Posted September 2, 2019 Author Posted September 2, 2019 Thank you everyone, the amount of modifying to get the front wheels on and under the mudguards in the right spot nearly did my head in.
Jim N Posted September 3, 2019 Posted September 3, 2019 Looks very nice. The weathering is outstanding.
Rider Posted September 18, 2019 Posted September 18, 2019 That is one well used patrol car. Nice work all round.
