crossfire 2004 Posted January 8, 2020 Posted January 8, 2020 This is my take on the Lindberg Bull Horn T bucket. Sorry if the photos are a little dark, that’s winter in the U.K. for you. Mostly straight from the box with the exception of seats, floor and headers plus a fan belt - why no fan belt ?
cobraman Posted January 8, 2020 Posted January 8, 2020 Looks cool. I built that kit sometime ago and the worst part was the tires I replaced them with some resin ones.
Casey Posted January 8, 2020 Posted January 8, 2020 This is a neat time capsule type kit. Very '60s, with a surprisingly well detailed SBC and many great period suspension bits, too. Nicely done. ?
Modelbuilder Mark Posted January 20, 2020 Posted January 20, 2020 Really sharp! I like that look a lot.
alan barton Posted June 30, 2020 Posted June 30, 2020 Didn't see this the first time. A very different take on the original kit. I just finished my own version a few months ago! And the original, back in the late sixties, did have a fan belt but the re-issue doesn't. Who knew? Cheers Alan
Greg Myers Posted July 30, 2020 Posted July 30, 2020 Very well done Stuart. This is a kit that's been around for a long time. It's also the only game in town for a Tee Bucket in 1/16th scale.. Scrounging the the right parts, a little harder in 1/16th scale, and there are all kinds of variations you can come up with as Stuart has shone us. Thanks
Ctmodeler Posted August 30, 2020 Posted August 30, 2020 Picking one up for 20 bucks. Have some extra tires from the 1/12 57 Chevy thinking of using on it. Maybe the cragars off it too . They may be a little bit on it. Will have to see when I get it ?

Thanks I've had this kit in the stash for a long time. It seems to me it has some good bones. Any thoughts on the correctness of the T bucket body ? Something about it has always kept the kit on the shelf (to my eyes at least) oh and then that bit about sourcing parts.?
Ctmodeler Posted September 7, 2020 Posted September 7, 2020 Just got mine. Yours came out really nice consudering how poorly tooled this kit appears to be from me Inspecting the pieces .
gseeds Posted September 7, 2020 Posted September 7, 2020 Love the look of your build , I haven’t seen many of these kits built, in fact I think this is only the second one I’ve seen, I myself have this kit sitting in my stash maybe it’s time to build it !!
