I started this kit back in March, and I put the finial details on it today.  It's not perfect, but it's done.  I did learn that painting the "Goodyear" on the tires is easier with a toothpick than a 10/0 brush. I had quite a bit of fit issues with the kit, but I muddled through & got it done.  The sponsor decals are not included on the AMT decal sheet (although they probably should be), and they came from the Revell 1969 dodge Charger R/T kit; while the "AMT" decal came from the AMT 1955 Chevrolet Bel-Air kit (I think).

Now I need the AMT Ford LN8000 Race Car Hauler to put it on. ?

Bumping this to the top - I like your build.

The white on the decals looks nice and opaque - you used just the one sheet that came with the kit? (besides adding your own sponsor decals, as you mentioned?)

It looks great!

I've built all three of the Chrysler kit cars and they are definitely challenging. Good to see you stuck with it to the end. I love the patriotic paintjob - perfect for the era.

Cheers
