Very nice Would like to know where the tail lights came from.

Hi Larry!

The buckets are parts box headlamps (from a 30 Ford if I remember well), with a short section of styrene round tube glued under to make a mounting "ring" to slip on a mounting peg. The lens is a Michael's craft store diamond-shaped sequin, tinted red.

Voilà!

Beautiful!
Did you put something in the bucket behind the headlight lenses in order to recreate the two-part halogen assembly or is it simply a daub of red/orange paint?

Hi Chris!

Thank you for the comment.

Indeed, I replicated what many of us do with 1/1 rods to hide the flashers: put the bulb inside the bucket. In this case, just a dot of orange sharpie pen ink on the inside of the lens. But you have to be gentle with the canopy glue when mounting it, because the humidity of the glue sometimes dissolves the ink dot. Don't ask me how I know...

Voilà!

Very kool. I wouldn't think the Chrysler grille would work. But, it look great. I like it.

Thank you Scott! Truly, is-there anything that a Chryskler grille wouldn.t Improve? Well, maybe, if we think hard about it...
