I like this also. My brother had a 67 Rebel he purchased from the elderly lady down the road.  Funny the blue it was painted was close to the blue on yours.

I like the blue interior. I try not to do black ones since they pretty much disappear inside a model car

I like black it the car has lots of other details on the interior. Like this car

I like how the Machine has turned out. Were you going to add and Red accents or stay as-is ?  Would like to see more of the Imperial Convertible also.

Ok so the engine is almost done now. I made a A/C compressor and a P/S pump to fill out the front of the engine some. I need to find a better air cleaner or cleaners. I hate the Fry Daddy air cleaners that came with the kit.

Exhaust is started. I wanted to go out the back but couldn’t get results I approved of. So out the side it is NASCAR style

I’m thinking black on the wheel backs. The silver isn’t working for me either. Once the decals are on it will really look cool.

I tend to agree on the blue backs. They would compliment the blue rocker stripes. Of course....that's just my opinion. Everything is looking great on this build.

I’ve had that a few years. It’s not the original casting. It’s a copy of a copy of a copy I’d say. Lots of work to get it to where it is.its one of those “I’ll work on it till it irritates me in 20 minutes things.” Then it sits a month or six.

This is looking very cool and sexy so far!! I'm definitely going to have to try a NASCAR chassis for my next Pro-Touring project! This WIP thread will be most useful when the time comes!

That is turning out to be a great looking Machine! 

As an American Motors owner and quiet fan, I always thought many of their products were under-appreciated. Maybe if they turned them out looking more like your version, they would have sold like hot cakes
