Can-Con Posted September 13, 2020 Posted September 13, 2020 Your pic's so blurry it could be frpm an MPC '68 Toronado or a '73 Impala or an AMT '69 Ford Gakaxie or ???
Mark Posted September 13, 2020 Posted September 13, 2020 1/32 scale something or other would be my guess. The sprue, and spacing between parts, looks big for 1/24 or 1/25 scale.
StevenGuthmiller Posted September 13, 2020 Posted September 13, 2020 Are you sure that they're not the dog dish caps from The Revell '68 Charger? Steve
ChrisBcritter Posted September 13, 2020 Posted September 13, 2020 (edited) Looks like they're the dog dish caps from the Revell '57 Chevy Black Widow. (Image via ModelJunkyard.com) Edited September 13, 2020 by ChrisBcritter
peteski Posted September 14, 2020 Posted September 14, 2020 They do look similar, but the part number tags are located in different locations on each part tree.
Bucky Posted September 14, 2020 Posted September 14, 2020 Lee, could you provide a close up of just one of those caps? It might help some of us blind geezers take a stab at it. LoL
Classicgas Posted September 14, 2020 Author Posted September 14, 2020 I'll do that asap. Sorry for the pic. I thought it was cleared when I looked at it. Sometimes bifocals are a pain.

Look again: Rotated my image. The two things in the middle are the hood gunsights on another tree lying atop the other one.

Yours are all #34, and the tags are all facing in the same direction, while his have 3-digit part numbers, and the tags in pairs face each other. It is a different parts tree.
Bucky Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 Sorry, Pete. The OP posted a pic that has no parts tag numbers. The one with three digits came from Steve Guthmiller.

Mark Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 They appear to be from the '57 Chevy. The number on the tag at one end looks the same.
Classicgas Posted September 15, 2020 Author Posted September 15, 2020 I was thinking that but my eyes just aren't that good anymore lol.
