SfanGoch Posted October 12, 2020 Posted October 12, 2020 (edited) The only Impalas made by Revell were 1958,1959, 1960, 1962, 1963, 1964, 1965 and 1966, 1994/1996 notwithstanding. Edited October 12, 2020 by SfanGoch

That's what you'd have to do if you'd bought some other product somewhere and brought it home and broke, ruined, or destroyed it. This is not a Revell (?) problem or a Hobby Lobby problem, this is your problem.

StevenGuthmiller Posted October 12, 2020 Posted October 12, 2020 I was just going to suggest to the OP to post in the "Wanted" section for a replacement body, but I see it may already have been resolved. In the future Ryan, ask if anyone has any replacement for parts that you may need in the wanted section. This is a very common kit and it's very likely that someone would have a spare body that you could either trade for, or quite often, one of the more generous members of the forum might even send you one for free if you just pay for the shipping. I have been on the receiving, and giving end of this type of arrangement on this board numerous times. Steve

Not a lot of options these days given the cost of shipping and hobby stores closing even before COVID and with very few clubs meeting or having shows and swap meets. No one would argue there are many great and generous folks on this forum that help each other out with a part here and there. As a new member perhaps an introduction and some pictures would explain exactly what “messed up” means and perhaps others could provide some advice on whether the original body is a lost cause

But that's not what he asked so I didn't waste time answering that question; he asked where to buy a new body and I told him--same place he got the first one.

Moderator called you out, I'd guess more than Rich. Board getting new members from dead SA forum, and people new to the hobby due to the pandemic. Doubt Gregg or Larry G would appreciate idiotic, rude behavior driving away people from the board and the magazine.
SfanGoch Posted October 13, 2020 Posted October 13, 2020 I'm not going to parse your sense of humor. Ryan thought it was funny. He's the only person whose opinion matters.

You can check EBay and see if any part sellers have one your willing to pay. We all have messed up a body or two and more while in the hobby..
