I like what you are doing with this one and love the color scheme. If I may give you some helpful hints, I had to trim the rear corners of the floor pan and move the dash back towards the seat about an eighth of an inch on mine to get the interior all the way in. Also if you look at the windshield carefully you will see that they didn't polish the vent window areas so I polished those on mine.

Thanks for the tips and kind words Gerald.  I'll definitely keep those tips in mind.

I searched everywhere for some wire insulation that would fit over my 30 AWG plug wires and finally I hit pay dirt.  It was a pain to strip the green insulation off and fitted on the plug wire but it turned out fine.  Both spark plugs left of the coil were short shots from the mold but it looks ok I guess.  I left the boots green as it kinda looked kewl.  I think I'm done with the engine so I'm moving on.

Looking sharp !  I too had fit problems involving windshield and dash if I remember right.

Ray, I'm getting close to the trouble area in the build so I'll Check the fit.  That's.

Ok guys & gals.  I have a rolling chassis.  The wheels & tires were to wide to fit the box on so I first tried to shave down the back of the wheel hub with my Dremel tool but it wasn't enough.  Now I'm in unknown territory.  I had to also shave down the end of the axial and remove the backing plate.  I finally got the wheels to fit.  Good thing cause I was out of options.

Thanks Mark & Mike.  I was getting a little bit worried when I had to start cutting so much off.  My hats off to fellows that scratch build.

Got a little painting done this morning.  I had this Rust-Oleum Satin Stone Gray so I though it would look good on the door panels and the seat.  Not to sure now but I'll wait til I get the cab interior together and re-evaluate.

I got the interior done.  Nothing really fancy, just your basic chrome handles and knobs.  I did leave the dash loose as a couple fellows have pointed out that there is a fitment issue in this area.

I did a dry fit this morning and I'm not seeing an issue yet with the dash being to far forward.  I don't have the windshield in yet so that could make the difference.

Thank's Carl.  I used the decals provided in the kit.  Each letter had to be cut out and applied.

I got out in the garage and got the wheels painted (Flat Gun Metal Gray) before the wife got her talons in me for honey do's.
