Nice JD you’ve got there. Never seeing these kits built-up in person, much less right next to each other, I didn’t realize that the Massey Ferguson was that much larger than the John Deere.

It surprised me too. It went together well too. I hope they acquire the moulds and reissue it again.

Great job! As a kid, I had most of the Ertl tractor kits, including this one. Wish they would bring ‘em back! Nice work on both of yours!!

Sharp build...apparently, that was a reissue from 1999...don't remember that.  I do remember seeing the ERTL versions in the toy/model aisle of the local Quality Farm & Fleet store in the late 70s..

Both builds look awesome and I too would love to see them reissued.

Great tractors! Brings back memories of my younger days on the farm, although I never had the luxury of a cab on a tractor.

I have some of the newer tractor kits in the stash, such as the Porsche, but would love to see these two brought back.

Both tractors look fantastic.  I also remember seeing the tractors in the '70s and wanted to build one, but my paper route money only went so far and there were lots of car and truck models to buy.  I sure would like to see the Ag equipment reissued.  Prices are nuts on ebay.
