Thanks Jeff.

I worked on the engine and so far everything in the engine compartment is fitting nicely. I’m still working on the interior to fit better and found my tires to use.

Looking Great, Dan!

Thanks Carl

I’ve been to spray the Mopar deep water blue on the body. Here’s my test fitting to see how it’s going to look. I’m working on how to build or find a air conditioning unit on the engine.

This is coming along really nice Dan. I think you’ve convinced me I need to get one of these kits. Great colour choices.

Cheers, Steve

I’m getting closer on finishing this one been working on the engine bay and interior plus the chassis. I’m starting on the chrome trim now. Again here’s some test fitting pictures. The paper on the top is to keep my dirty fingers off white.

If I remember correctly, the 71 Charger from AMT has a nice AC setup as well

Nicely done Dan ! Really amazing how large these cars were and how they ever fit inside .

That head on shot really shows how imposing these cars were designed,  something sadly lacking now

Boy, that sure is pretty, colors are gorgeous

Thanks Tom, I checked out as many old pictures as I could find when I was deciding on the colors plus keeping the colors of the other cars I have on my auto transporter. I wanted to all the same color cars on it.

I finished the interior and buffed out the blue paint. I also did more chrome trim. Ended up having to respray the trunk and my tape peeled some paint off on the top of the front fender so more spraying tomorrow. Thanks for sharing your comments I appreciate them.

Coming along nicely, Dan! I always enjoy looking at your loaded transporters. I look forward to hopefully seeing this at the HAMS show some day.

Working on the final details with the front windshield being my last hurdle to get done. It looks like my second attempt is going to work waiting on the glue to dry to see if it stays in place.  Here’s my progress pictures.
