I watched a program on PBS last night about a guy who raised a dozen or so Turkeys from the egg until they all left on their own. Turned out to be far more interesting than I thought it would be. I was kidding my wife this morning about cooking the bird after we had watched the movie. Her take was that this was a bird raised for this service and not a "Wild Turkey" so it was OK. We all should give thanks for what we have today.

I've not done it in about 5 years.....

Had a Turkey and scrambled eggs this morning. Looking forward to that Turkey sandwich this afternoon. Turkey and Fettuccini tonight for dinner. Lot of leftovers.
