RJL Posted January 9, 2022 Posted January 9, 2022 (edited) A very nice job of a difficult model, much better than the one I built years ago. I had a 1:1 ‘32 sport coupe for many years and added an inline fuel filter very much like your model shows because I was tired of getting stranded with the needle/seat plugged with tank crud. When I saw your model it made me wonder if you had the same real life trouble I did! Edited January 9, 2022 by RJL
Classicgas Posted January 9, 2022 Author Posted January 9, 2022 Thanks. No, it just looked bare without it lol.
misterNNL Posted January 9, 2022 Posted January 9, 2022 Thanks for posting these photos. I very seldom see this kit built in any form. Nice clean build.
TooOld Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 Beautifully done Lee , nothing prettier than a classic old Chevy !
unclescott58 Posted January 10, 2022 Posted January 10, 2022 A beautiful job. Very nice. I love the subject. A kit I wish Round 2 would bring back.
Classicgas Posted January 10, 2022 Author Posted January 10, 2022 Thanks. I do too but not sure they can.

The tool morphed into a sedan delivery I believe then into the Dark Shadows Barnabas Collins Van. Actually, the 32 Chevy panel truck and cabriolet were originally issued together in 1965 as a 9n1 version kit. Followed by the two versions as separate kits. The two kits share everything but the body parts. Ancillary parts lived on in the cabriolet and the delivery was butchered into the Barnabas Vampire van. The cabriolet was last issued in 1987. 1965 1966 1974 1977 1987
Classicgas Posted January 16, 2022 Author Posted January 16, 2022 (edited) That last box was the issue I built. So maybe there's hope! I think a email campaign to round2 is in order. Thanks for the info Patrick. Edited January 16, 2022 by Classicgas
