Otaki 1/12 scale 1971 (?) Mustang Mach 1

Moving forward although slowly . I did get the body pieces cleared. Worked some on the interior . As always some touch ups are in order . I was putting a single black stripe over the center of the car , hood, top and trunk lid . Had the hood done but the dreaded peal resulted . Never before . Duplicolor primer , Tamiya paint  and Tamiya and blue masking . Had to redo hood and just did it satin black .

Working on the interior door panels . Replaced plastic piece supplied with stained balsa wood .

Is that Acapulco Blue?

Color is Tamiya TS 54 light metallic blue. Clear is Duplicolor 1K

That color does look very close to my eyes. I am partially color blind so there is that.
