72 Ford sport custom

Recommended Posts

My latest completed build,  9th auto model. Ferrari Rosso #304 and semi-matte aluminum. Afkrmkt engine and suspension parts from iceman collections. 3 piece Wheels & tires, 22 thrusters from tx3dcustoms. Misc parts from model garage, shape ways and detail master. Had a great time building this. Said in the Wip, “ never thought I would buy a nice kit and chop it up so much”, my dremel was my best friend. Proud of how it came out. Good looking Ford.  That thing is down in the weeds.

Thanks. I was actually going for it to be a lil lower, but underestimated the tire size of 22 inches, needed a little more arch in the frame (I thought there was a ton already) to get it to the ground.

Hi Marc, as a guy that likes low, this is right up my alley. I will be having a close look at your WIP, some great stuff here. Nice build!

Cheers, Steve

Hi Steve. I wrote in the Wip, I have become really interested with the lowered suspensions and the workings of it all. Living in NEW England doesn’t make a lot of sense to lower my 1:1 cars (Subaru legacy and Toyota Avalon), winters do a lot of damages to roads, etc. working on these models make me feel like Dave Kindig, designing and fabricating some cool looking c
