This thing fought me tooth and nail. Would like to do another. Lots a fragile parts. Luckily it was in the box when it was knocked off the shelf. That way all the parts was easy to locate.

Great looking 48 Anthony.  I love the old fat fender cars and trucks.

Thanks. Fat and curvy.

Thanks.  I need to repaint the hood and foil it.

Great looking paint color and finish. I like the wide whites. Sorry to hear of your problems with this build. I built one when they first came out and used almost the same color on that.

Beautiful Ford, sorry to hear you had problems but it came out superb despite the issues. Great job.

Thanks. To be such a GM/chevy guy i do have a lot of fords. I may finish the hood and put it on the car hauler. Will have to see how the color works with the others.

Beauty of a fat-fendered Ford! I've got the sister kit (woody), metalwork painted almost exactly that color. It's a great color for curves!

Nice looking 48 fat fender

Must be a real ex cop car complete with a bullet hole in the drivers side windscreen

Thanks. Not sure how the windshield got that way. But we can pretend it is a shot where the cops chased the bootleggers.
