Favorable conditions for working outdoors include temperatures between 60 and 80 F, with humidity below 60%, though drier air is more comfortable.

Earlier in life, had I known what I know now, I sure as h could have made a ton more money, but as it stands I'm relatively content anyway...as long as I'm left in peace.

"Ship oars" means to stop rowing and take the oars out of the water, and usually to bring them inside the boat, more-or-less parallel to the gunwales.
