NOBLNG Posted December 22, 2024 Author Posted December 22, 2024 Forth without with is tough to start a sentence with, so I’ll take the easy way out.
LennyB Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 (edited) Forth album by the Moody Blues was "On The Threshold of a Dream" Out, Out damn spot, if I screw this up again it will be the end of me. Edited December 22, 2024 by LennyB 1
Ace-Garageguy Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 (edited) "ME ME ME ME ME!!!" is all someone I know is concerned with, though she constantly says how concerned with my welfare and happiness she is...as long as my actions suit her agenda. Edited December 22, 2024 by Ace-Garageguy 1
slusher Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 Agenda for what is the needs to be shipped is covered daily in a meeting!
JollySipper Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 Meeting someone from the forum would be really neat, as everyone here are such good people........
Ace-Garageguy Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 People supposedly taste like pork. 1 1
LennyB Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 Pork and beans was something we had a lot growing up because my dad loved it, I haven’t had it since.
A modeler named mike Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 Since yesterday I've had hot dogs and baked beans twice.
LennyB Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 Twice bitten and once shy, or is it the other way around once bitten and twice shy, I don’t remember and now I’m so confused.
A modeler named mike Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 Confused confushus once said, "man with hole in pocket, walks around all day feeling cocky"🥴 4
slusher Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 Cocky struts as he walks and thinks he’s a tuff guy..
A modeler named mike Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 Guy lombardo made the Auld Lang Syne song popular with his New Years Eve tv show but it was written by Robert Burns in 1788.
Ace-Garageguy Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 1788 was just a few years before I was born. 2
LennyB Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 Born Free, as free as the wind blows, as free as the grass grows…
Tim W. SoCal Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 "grows my heart into a big smile" is what the 5-year-old house cat we just adopted causes in me daily 2
LennyB Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 Coffee was the aroma that smacked you in the face if you went to Hoboken NJ as Maxwell House had a plant there, they moved out and now it smells…let’s just say different. 2
A modeler named mike Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 Different is great unless they're picking out an odd ball to sacrifice to the gods this time.
slusher Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 Time to get rid of daylight savings time still not resting good.. 1
Tim W. SoCal Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 "Good riddance!" I say to changing our clocks twice a year, but I'd rather we stay on the "Daylight Savings Time" hours and have later sunsets than default to permanent "Standard Time" and it get dark early in the evening. 1
A modeler named mike Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 Evening wear is not what it used to be, now apparently it's a pair of pajamas and slippers as you see people at Walmart during an evening outing. 1
Ace-Garageguy Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 (edited) Evening rush hour (morning too) is something I've planned my life to avoid over the years. "Outing" isn't what I'd call an evening trip to WallyWorld. Edited December 22, 2024 by Ace-Garageguy 2
NOBLNG Posted December 22, 2024 Author Posted December 22, 2024 (edited) Years and years from now history will only remember me as a slight blip on a few website forums….and I’m O.K. with that. Edited December 22, 2024 by NOBLNG
LennyB Posted December 22, 2024 Posted December 22, 2024 That is the reason I have brought you all here so we can talk about all the little blips we leave behind us on this journey through the world as a result of the hole in my pocket thanks to Confucius and his cheep material and less then effective sewing job on my PJ's. 1
