vamach1 Posted September 2, 2022 Posted September 2, 2022 I ordered two sets from USPS.com with only a small handling charge. 3
cobraman Posted September 2, 2022 Posted September 2, 2022 Cool ! I have to go to the PO on Tuesday so maybe they will have some ?
OldNYJim Posted September 2, 2022 Posted September 2, 2022 I've been wanting to get a set of these - they have some cool muscle car notepads and some other stuff that I'd like to get a hold of whilst they still carry them

Most of us would spend at least $1.50 in gas to drive the local post office. 1
Rob Hall Posted September 3, 2022 Posted September 3, 2022 They are very nice. I had preordered a couple sets from the USPS website a while back, also got a couple ones on matts to frame for my office (the Cougar and Mustang).
OldNYJim Posted September 3, 2022 Posted September 3, 2022 Oh, no way! I assumed it would be $10 or $15 or something for shipping! That’s cool! Figures that they’d give themselves a discount, I guess ? The other stuff from their current catalogue, for anyone curious… I think there was more in the previous month’s catalogue too, but I can’t find it at the sec… 1
slusher Posted September 3, 2022 Posted September 3, 2022 I will check at my post office Tuesday, thank for posting!

misterNNL Posted September 12, 2022 Posted September 12, 2022 Actually I do still use stamps every month when I pay our bills by writing an old fashioned check, put in an envelope, put the stamp in the upper right hand corner and take it to the post office. Think back to the last time you actually got a hand written letter in the mail from anyone. Been a while hasn't it? Another personal interaction lost to technology.
Rob Hall Posted September 12, 2022 Posted September 12, 2022 I pay all my bills electronically, only use one stamp (and check) a month to pay my yard service. And stamps for voting by mail. Other than that, using a stamp has been a rarity for me for a decade or more.
webestang Posted September 12, 2022 Posted September 12, 2022 Might have to get the first day cover set. Very cool.
