Monogram/Hasagawa 427 Shelby Cobra

This kit is all Monogram . The instructions are the only difference from  regular Monogram kit . This was going to be the Essex Wire car but even having 3 sets of decals and coating them they just did not work . So , I end up with a model that is not a replica of a actual race car . Painted with Tamiya Racing White and cleared with Duplicolor 1k clear . Decals just from my decal stash .

It looks longer that the Fujimi kit. ?

Thanks Jim. It may be the racing windscreen that makes it look longer but it is not. The Monogram kit is better than the Fujimi IMO.

Very nice Ray.  I’ve seen a lot of “newer” Cobras done in a retro theme so this one is right on track.

Nice build Ray, I love the color combo you have chosen. The Monogram kit looks like a good one vs the Sunny/Minicraft/Revell I recently built.

So I guess you only have 44 more Cobras to build?
