bluestringer Posted January 2, 2023 Posted January 2, 2023 Taking a break from car models I decided to try a military plane. I chose this one because it looked simple and it was cheap. I have since found out that 1/72 scale is too small for me, bad eyes and shaky hands. It came out ok I guess but needs improvement. I need to improve my camo painting. I did try to weather it a little but need to improve that also. The canopy was so small I couldn't mask it and tried just hand painting it, didn't turn out good and I couldn't get it to sit right on the plane. I have a 1/35 Academy AH-!Z Viper helo I got for a christmas gift and also a Revell 1/48 P-51D. I'll decide which one I'll tackle next after I finish a 29 Ford Model A Roadster I'm working on. All comments welcome, and thanks for looking. 2
mustang1989 Posted January 2, 2023 Posted January 2, 2023 I've gotta say, that's a great turn out considering this is not your usual and customary genre of models James. Well done bud.
TransAmMike Posted January 3, 2023 Posted January 3, 2023 Ditto what Joe said....came out nice Buddy!!
