Taking a break from car models I decided to try a military plane. I chose this one because it looked simple and it was cheap. I have since found out that 1/72 scale is too small for me, bad eyes and shaky hands. It came out ok I guess but needs improvement. I need to improve my camo painting. I did try to weather it a little but need to improve that also. The canopy was so small I couldn't mask it and tried just hand painting it, didn't turn out good and I couldn't get it to sit right on the plane. I have a 1/35 Academy AH-!Z Viper helo I got for a christmas gift and also a Revell 1/48 P-51D. I'll decide which one I'll tackle next after I finish a 29 Ford Model A Roadster I'm working on. All comments welcome, and thanks for looking.

I've gotta say, that's a great turn out considering this is not your usual and customary genre of models James. Well done bud.

Thanks Joe.

Looks pretty darned good to me James !  It's a challenge to try something new and you did just fine .  I built my first plane several years ago and have never done another , maybe one day .
