Deathgoblin Posted September 28, 2023 Posted September 28, 2023 Just finished this one today. It's a little bit of a rough kit with ejector pin marks everywhere and the fit is a little vague in places, but it builds up pretty nice. 7
Deathgoblin Posted September 28, 2023 Author Posted September 28, 2023 The "wood" on this one is all paint. 1
rrb124@sbcglobal.net Posted September 28, 2023 Posted September 28, 2023 Sharp! Good to see something unusual. Lots of wood to paint. Historic vehicle.
bbowser Posted September 28, 2023 Posted September 28, 2023 Love it! The beginning of the station wagon. Nice work.
Yeah Nah Posted September 28, 2023 Posted September 28, 2023 Nicely done! Convincing 'old' wood and wash tones.
ncbuckeye67 Posted September 28, 2023 Posted September 28, 2023 Very nice! I know a man that owns a real one of these. He drives it in parades (and just happens to own the local auto museum). 1
espo Posted September 28, 2023 Posted September 28, 2023 Like the original looking body and wood finishes.
karbuildr Posted September 28, 2023 Posted September 28, 2023 Very nice and a build not often seen, well done wood finishes.
ewetwo Posted September 29, 2023 Posted September 29, 2023 Looks great. I just watched a Counting Cars a few weeks ago that pulled one of these out of a garage where it was parked in the late 20's or early 30's. It was converted to be a bakery delivery truck for the family's bakery. Put gas in the tank the it started right up after all those years.
