karbuildr Posted September 30, 2023 Share Posted September 30, 2023 This is painted in a nonstandard color for 1972. This is Hugger Orange simply because I wanted a C3 in this color for a long time. The only other Orange color for this year Corvette is called Ontario Orange which I didn't really care for. I didn't have any major issues with the build except for the hood. Once attached, it doesn't close properly, which has to do with the manner the hinge was designed. I had a similar issue with a 1970 Coupe by AMT.
