jjsipes
I'm trying to prep and paint some bodies to have for winter assembly. The only problem is, I want to work on them now. 1949 Mercury Custom 1954 Hudson Hornet 1969 Dodge Superbee A12 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T 1970 Dodge Charger R/T Edited October 3, 2023 by jjsipes

beeRS
Sounds like you have the same problem as me. Too many projects on the go at once, and I just want to do to work on them all now. Great paint job on all those. My favourite is the blue/white Hornet.
bobss396
I paint outside too. Even in winter, dash out, paint and dash back in. The only paints I have a blush issue is with Duplicolor spray cans. As a kid, I used a big cardboard box that sat with one side cut out, on top of the washing machine. I may have to do that come real cold weather. My main concern then would be the dryer lint. Roadrunner
I'll really be looking forward to seeing what you do with the Challenger. What kit are you using? AMT?

atomicholiday
Those paint jobs all look great! Should make for a fun winter of building. I paint outside too, and have been in a mad rush to get a couple shot and ready to go. But the weather has turned quickly here. Kinda looking like I'm done for the season. Time to start building!
papajohn97
Love ‘em all but particularly the Hudson & the Merc. Great idea to paint the big shiny parts (bodies) while the weather is still warm. Your WIP is inspiring me to start an assembly line for my winter auto builds….it was 84F here today!
