chadrob30 Posted October 13, 2023 Posted October 13, 2023 (edited) This started as the Revell 1957 Nomad kit. I 3D printed the Hemi and transmission, wheels, tires, front suspension, ladder bars, moon tank, seat and other small bits...I wish the chrome trim would have turned out a little better but I didn't have any bare metal foil on hand. Enjoy. EDIT-I just noticed that super glue dripped down behind the moon tank and onto the grill and bumper. Ugh. The build looks horrible up close Edited October 13, 2023 by chadrob30 4
Altered Ego Posted October 14, 2023 Posted October 14, 2023 I think the build looks incredible and the concept is super cool. I love the gassers some of you have been posting lately. The creativity in the gasser concept is limitless.
Zippi Posted October 14, 2023 Posted October 14, 2023 "BAD NEWS" is looking pretty BAD. Love the old school Gassers. Nice build.
TarheelRick Posted October 14, 2023 Posted October 14, 2023 Very nice Gasser. Would fit right in with SEGA or some of the other Gasser organizations. Overall a very nice build.
Yeah Nah Posted October 14, 2023 Posted October 14, 2023 Nice gasser Chad! This 3D printing thing is really opening up endless possibilities.

M W Elky Posted October 16, 2023 Posted October 16, 2023 I really like the use of the revell 57 nomad as a gasser . This really inspires me to build a gasser by kit bashing the 57 body with the amt 55 kit
TransAmMike Posted October 16, 2023 Posted October 16, 2023 Yep, cool Gasser. As for any flaws, it is a race car, thing happen. Nice job Chad!
Rattlecan Dan Posted October 18, 2023 Posted October 18, 2023 Nice looking build. Great gasser. Good job.
Sledsel Posted October 27, 2023 Posted October 27, 2023 Sharp Gasser, I really like the color combo. As for flaws, it is what it is and we all can learn when we have them.
