Hey to everybody. I’ve been reading for sometime now. Just reading and learning from all of you. Y’all, yes I’m from the south, of the United States, hope that doesn’t go against me, but y’all have a really great forum, and I have learned a lot as I have been reading. I’ve recently retired and started getting back in to model car building. I really enjoyed it as a kid and a teen but life changed when I married, in fact, I had about 30 or so models when my wife and I married but that all changed one night when she got her knickers in a twist with might and took a bat and wiped out literally hundreds of hours of my favorite hobby. Probably should’ve divorced her right then and there. Anyhow, that’s been over 40 years ago. I’m what you might call a budget modeler, not gonna be entering any shows or anything like that, however, I enjoy it and I apparently still have somewhat of a knack for it. I notice some of y’all have some really nice tools that you use, I just kinda wanted to maybe put this out for consideration. My favorite go to tool that I use is a Swiss Army knife. It’s kind of a most in one tool. I want to put this out there for y’all, just one useful thing, I use the can opener on it to scribe my door and trunk lines. It does an excellent job for that. Well I’ve gotten to carrying on a bit to much, so I’m gonna shut up and leave y’all alone. Just wanted to say “hey” to everybody.
