Wrapped this one up last night, and got some outdoor pics this morning.  It was a fun little build.

Cute little buggy, Great color choice. I like the base , it gives context to the model.

Very nice!  That tonneau looks hand-stitched.  How did you do that? If I recall, that is not the kit tonneau.

it is the kit tonneau, I just painted it satin black and used a Molotow pen to pick out the snaps

Great looking Dune Buggy. The "Bass Boat" Metal Flake paint finish looks just right. Like the interior and engine detailing.

I stripped all the chrome from the engine parts, and the bumpers.  I sprayed the fan shroud, the bumpers and the exhaust with the Revell Chrom paint and I was pleased with the results.

Excellent dune buggy. These things were so popular back in the day. Yours is very well done, excellent color and detailing all over.
