Long Island NY here, SW Suffolk County. I grew up about 1.5 miles from where I moved in 1986.

A nice town, I also grew up in, with about 32k residents. I am likely the best modeler on my block.. of about 14 houses.

Just depends on the mood I'm in, what I'm doing, who I'm with, or what the meal is.

Oban 14 is my current favorite at home after-work one-and-done.

I really enjoy the scotches with more peat flavor. But I get ya, I enjoy and good spirit, either scotch, bourbon, or whisky. A few friends and myself, like to get together and try new bourbons, with a fine cigar.

We live about 45 miles south of Nashville.  Transplanted here about 18 years ago from the New Orleans area after the great Hurricane Katrina.  We always loved to go on vacation in Tennessee so figured WTH, lets just move there.  Our only complaint here now is the area is booming, population is exploding, traffic is crazy, getting doctors appointments take forever.  But we don't live in town and on 14 acres and enjoy the area and our Horses.
