Trumpeter 1963 Nova SS Coupe

Wrapped this build up on Sunday,good in some areas,but difficult in others,color is MCW Saddle Tan,keith Marks Decals and P/E that comes with the kit.I didn't bother with trying to use the P/E hinges that are included or the plastic hinges either.

Despite doing lots and lots of sanding couldn't get the trunk to sit flush.

Great looking showroom style build. The paint finish looks nice and smooth with a mid '60's look.

That looks great to me! I love the inside detail of the trunk, why not prop it open?

Beautiful build! I learned to drive in a 63 Chevy II the same color with bench seat. Lot of good memories driving it. I've got a 64 Möbius kit partially build. Thanks for sharing pics!

Looks fantastic, Curtis! I've got one of these, along with a 60 Pontiac kit Trumpeter offered. I'll have to dig them out. I've heard they're not for the faint of heart, but yours looks great! Nice work.

Very nice showroom Nova there Curtis. I believe the trunk inside brace needs to be attached to the trunk skin whilst in the closed position. This also applies to the hood. Really well done on a difficult kit.

It's a nice kit in spots,but all the interior/exterior chrome trim needed lots of sanding to fit.?
