swatters53 Posted May 20, 2024 Posted May 20, 2024 AMT Tee Vee Dune Buggy finally finished. Basically, the Myers Manx VW engined kit with a different body. Paint Testors Lacquer 'Lime Ice.' Tried to give it more of a simple early 1970's vibe. Thanks for looking. 13
karbuildr Posted May 20, 2024 Posted May 20, 2024 Very cool build. Great color choice, looks very 60's to 70's. Well done. 1
ea0863 Posted May 21, 2024 Posted May 21, 2024 Totally kool! Love the metallic flake green vibe that "Lime Ice" gives it. 1

swatters53 Posted May 21, 2024 Author Posted May 21, 2024 Ah yes, Testors Lacquers.....perfect paint for Dune Buggies and Bass Boats!
espo Posted May 21, 2024 Posted May 21, 2024 Great paint job, just like the old gel-coat metal flake jobs of old. The driver's seating on this kit looks a little tight, but your interior looks good along with the exhaust and the rear skid plate. 1 1
stavanzer Posted June 22, 2024 Posted June 22, 2024 The Colour really makes it "Pop"! You nailed the 1970's Beach Vibe! Good Show. 1
TooOld Posted June 22, 2024 Posted June 22, 2024 Nicely done Scott ! That Lime Ice paint really looks great on it ! 1
