53gmc Posted July 19, 2024 Posted July 19, 2024 Havent posted much lately but heres a few I built over the summer. The first one is the roadster kit modified to fit the old revell ratrod pickup chassis. Changed out the kits air filters for aluminum velocity stacks, added an oil filter and engine wiring. 9
53gmc Posted July 19, 2024 Author Posted July 19, 2024 The second is the revell coupe. I built it mostly box stock only changing the hub caps and adding wiring 6
53gmc Posted July 19, 2024 Author Posted July 19, 2024 The last one is the revell ratrod pickup body on the roadster chassis and running gear. The bed was shortened approximately 2 scale feet and notched in the floor. Fire wall and floor modified for the chassis. Parts box shifter , velocity stacks, and fuel tank 4
espo Posted July 19, 2024 Posted July 19, 2024 Like the earlier build styles on these. The finishes and the engine detailing along with the trim or lack thereof are very distinct. 1
Jim B Posted July 19, 2024 Posted July 19, 2024 Those are all pretty cool. Looks like that grey one needs an alignment, though. ? 1
Tim W. SoCal Posted July 19, 2024 Posted July 19, 2024 Bitchen Model A Hot Rods, Seth. The Roadster looks like it is ready to run a TROG Beach Race. 1
Rattlecan Dan Posted July 20, 2024 Posted July 20, 2024 All very nice and very realistic looking builds. Great stuff. Thanks for posting. 1
stavanzer Posted July 21, 2024 Posted July 21, 2024 What a great Trio of Model A Builds. The Coupe/Pickup kit Bash really works well, but all are Fantastic Builds. Good Show. 1
XYHARRY Posted July 22, 2024 Posted July 22, 2024 Very cool model A builds there Seth, I particularly like the working hood on the first one. Well done. Cheers, David. ?? 1
