stitchdup Posted August 15, 2024 Posted August 15, 2024 theres billet wheels in some of the aoshima mini truck kits. the kit with the blue toyota truck with wires on, also has a set included
Justin Porter Posted August 15, 2024 Posted August 15, 2024 The Campagnolo wheels most often found on the "Chairs n Flares" Dinos rate pretty high on my list. I'd also like a set of 365GTB/4 Daytona rear wheels with the proper rear dish. This is one of the few genuine let downs about the Fujimi Daytona. 1

If I'm not mistaken, there is a set of these in the SuperNatural Impala............ If not them, they're very close! I don't remember them being anywhere else, though..........

No, these are actual aluminum wheels the ones on the "supernatural" Impala are the cheap stamped steel knockoffs that would rust up after the first year.

Depending on what you want to do, the Italeri Rolls also has the standard Phantom II chassis and engine, while the Monogram kit has the LHD PII chassis for the American market. This also means an engine that's a mirror image of the regular PIIs 1

I would be nice if they could get rid of the pebbly finish on the centres of the Revell 5 spokes. It looks way out of scale on another wise nice wheel

Have you tried carefully sanding or scraping the nubs off? That would be a bit of work and ruin the chrome finish.... -RRR
