Just a couple questions...

Does anybody still use it? and if so, are you having issues getting on the dadgum site?

I use it for other forums, but lately it's a PITA.

I still use it, with no plans of moving away from it. I have tried others, and still prefer this Folki.

I just used it to do some posts here and on a couple other sites, no problems with mine.

Works just fine for me.

I use it quite often, including for posting photos on this forum.

I use Fotki exclusively for every forum I participate in, even the ones that have their own upload feature. The only problem I have with Fotki is when I forget my password!

I got a Fotki account more than 20 years ago, when Photopoint went offline. I have never had a problem with Fotki.

Interesting... It takes me literally 5 mins to get there. Then it's only text on the screen. Most times it times out before I get logged in.

My account got frozen some years ago, I should go check it again. I just did, it looks like my account is gone.

Someone I know would use it to look at... ahem... risque... photos of women without his wife knowing. She would go through his browsing history pretty often.

I use it quite a bit. Since I'm a slow builder I have my build pics posted there.
I also use it to share photos with family. My wife doesn't trust the free photo storage apps because they will hijack your pics for their own purposes, and I password protect them  on Fotki so only those we want to see them can access them.

It's been running very slowly for me lately (at least the last month), at least to access the site itself. Once I was in it speeded up so it was fast to open/share/upload photos. This AM it's like a whole new site, blazing fast, for the first time in recent memory. Maybe they had similar issues this site has had.

So oddly enough the next day we're running pretty smooth... and has since... If I had known that all I had to do was talk about it with you guys, I'd had already done it.

It seems to me there have been numerous occasions over the years for "Is FOTKI down?" posts.  I've liked the way the site is structured with nesting folders.  For some time I've had a free FLICKR account, but my album is no longer useful to me since I hit the image limit they imposed a few years ago. Every time people debate free vs paid albums I think of Photopoint.

Yes, it seems Fotki got fixed and has been flawless for me since last weekend.

Same here - was slow for a few days but all good now.

I wish they’d add some features to their app to make it do a little more, but it DOES work reliably, even when the ‘regular’ site is slow or having issues…
