I want to place an order for some paint. The Google search says, "Permanently Closed". Is this true? I tried to place an order today and it would not let me purchase anything. Could someone do a test run to see if it is them that has the problem or is it me? Before I call them.

I clicked the link and there was an apology flag there, saying he had food poisoning and orders are moving out slowly etc. Nothing about being closed though.

I get confused between Model Car Garage, Model Builders Warehouse and Model Car Warehouse regularly, and I’m sure I’m not the only one. Same with Historic Racing Miniatures and Vintage Racing Miniatures, never mind the various different incarnations of Scale Finishes. Hiroboy.com not so much… there’s a lesson there somewhere…

best,

M.

I answered your question with correct information.

EDIT: And now I see you've edited your post so your original question that only said "The Google search says, "Permanently Closed". Is this true?" has been embellished.

I'm not exactly clear where the "yourself anointed pseudo intellectual" part comes in.  :D

Not sure what you’re finding, but MCW is in operation and the site is working fine.

You’re probably searching for the wrong URL.
Use the link provided by Bill above.

Steve,

I just tried now. I am getting the same results. I also sent them an E-Mail last week with no response. I am going to call them later in the day.

Mike

What "rude" responses?

Somebody remarking that stuff is trash made for lawn furniture and isn't at all appropriate for models isn't being "rude".

The great almighty Google is not always correct.

I still fail  to see what this was all about.  So google states (incorrectly) that MCW is permanently closed. So one goes on this forum to ask real humans.  They promptly point to an active MCW website and also confirm that they have recently seen or even purchased MCW products.  Seems to me that there was some lack of clarity in the early posts causing all this drama. Oh well, all is good again.

Yeah, they moved from Ohio to North Carolina quite some time ago.
whatever site the OP was accessing must have been defunct for quite a while.
