Hi guys and girls the street beater is finished, I think it was one of the most fun models I have ever put together, not perfect but I really enjoyed every minute. There are plenty of pictures as always all comments welcome.

I‘m impressed with your realism on the weathering, I’d say it looks like a car from Newfoundland, but those cars have long been scrapped, crushed and have come back as various iterations of Hyundais.

Well done!

Robert, I dig the way that came out. The weather is nice and that window treatment is cool. Very nicely done!

This is a really great build, with a lot of cool & subtle weathering. I totally dig it. ?

A friend of mine in college had a similar '79 Nova in blue, complete with the long rear shackles and wide tires. It wasn't quite as beat up as this, but it was close!

Poor little Nova’s had a hard life. You’ve replicated the neglect and abuse that cars like this are subjected to beautifully. ??
