105 Today at 4pm. Hot, Hot Hot all week.

Driving my little Camry with out A/C is a chore.

Steering wheel gets so hot I have to wear gloves. (yes, I have a silver windshield Thingie) It is not working.

I hate summer in Bakersfield. Well, it only lasts until Mid September.....

Allen was you car bought with no air or is it broken?

Sunday was cool, never got past 64 and no sun. We had a FD gathering outside, got drizzled on a bit, the real rain started after 8 PM.

Today, a light rain and 59 F.

Air is broken. It is old school and has never been converted to the new refrigerant.

Rain and high 80s forecast all week...

Bill, it seems we're always having similar weather...... There's one cool thing about the thunderstorms that the heat causes, that's getting to watch the lightening!

62 F at 5:30 am. Cloudy, as was yesterday. Monday high was 70 and I got some garden work done. Pool went from 73 to 68.

What's with the rain? 63 F and a light rain right now. Next week is supposed to be like 90-100 for a few days.

I'm not complaining about the cooler days. It helps with outdoor stuff I need to do.

Similar weather here, kinda what the hell? Though I have tomorrow off, so I'm grateful it'll be cool before 90s since I'm putting in a drip irrigation system for my wife's garden.

Last of the rain blew through, sun's out, humidity's dropping, forecast looks decent through Wednesday, 68F tonight.

Maybe I'll start fixing the ratty looking black trim on the Blazer, see what the annoying front brake squeak is all about, and tear down the Neon head.

Need to go round and empty all the skeeter breeding places, etc. and finish up raking the pine straw from the driveway, then wash the '89 GMC so she knows I still love her.

Good weather for a hike too, and there's an ACME meeting on Sunday.

Might even shoot some primer on a model...

Heavy rain and wind last night...  Today has been a mix of light rain, heavy rain, and thunderstorms.  Was a good day to stay in bed and read--had the day off today for the holiday.

Yesterday was hot, about 85 by mid day. The pool was great finally. Heavy rain rolled in around 7 last night.

66 F right now, we might hit the beach early then back in the pool.

Clouds are moving out from yesterday's storms looks like it might be a beautiful day. Yesterday was humid, and monsoon rains in the afternoon. That made for a rough day at work, I welcome the break today.

Hit about 90F today, 92 in one shop, reading 100 in the other one. Only 47% humidity though, so not as bas as it could have been.

Forecast 69 tonight, so I'm looking forward to getting something done in one shop in the AM cool, then come home and work on something here.

Need to use these rain-free days when they're available.

A 3 day heat wave will be moving into New England starting Sunday. 90s both that day and Monday and it'll top 100 on Tuesday before thunderstorms move in late Tuesday with a cool front in tow.

Just got back from a very pleasant week in the Indiana & Michigan boarder area visiting a few great Wineries with weather in the 70's. Returned to the KC area to upper 90's with heat indices in the 100+ range for the foreseeable future and 20 to 30 mph winds. Could be compared to putting your head in a convection oven.

Sunny and 75F, heading for 92. Forecast later in the week to go to 98 or 99F, which means it'll be over 100 in both shops by mid-afternoon, as neither of them have cross-ventilation.

Need to get in to work much earlier than usual...

Sunny and hot going to  be 95 degrees as we head  towards dog days of summer.
