Mark W Posted April 8 Posted April 8 A lot of time in this one. Thanks to all that suggested some of the added details that I would have missed. 16
Pierre Rivard Posted April 8 Posted April 8 I've followed your WIP with immense pleasure Mark. The AM kit is a challenge to start with but transforming it as a Wintersteen roadster takes it to the next level. Beautiful craftsmanship, detailing and finishes. Bravo! 1
Shark Posted April 8 Posted April 8 You did a fantastic job on this one, enjoyed following along. And going the extra mile to convert a couple to a big block roadster. 1
Mark W Posted April 9 Author Posted April 9 (edited) Thank you all for the compliments. I really appreciate and enjoy sharing with fellow modelers. Edited April 9 by Mark W

Thank you Pierre, you have me thinking on the Penske car. Maybe next year, or a group build???

Rich Chernosky Posted April 11 Posted April 11 Mark...what an awesome conversion. Followed your WIP . Can fully appreciate all the time and work you put into this. I have the conversion kit plus a lot of extra parts from two more AM kits. This is the incentive I need to dig into this project. 1
Mark W Posted April 12 Author Posted April 12 Thanks Rich. If you decide to do the Wintersteen, I have done a lot of research and learned a lot from fellow modelers. If you need any advice, let me know.
Bruce Scully Posted April 21 Posted April 21 A top class build , super nice . You do really nice work . 1
