ranma Posted Tuesday at 10:59 PM Posted Tuesday at 10:59 PM (edited) I've been getting a lot of spam email sent not only to my spam mail, but also my regular email as well Misspelled works are a tipoff of it being a scam- Temu being spelled Temuu or Teemu. Omaha Steaks spelled Omaha Stteaks, Notice-Nottice, Delivery -Delivvery,and package- Packkage... There's ben other's that say they are from Tracctor supplly , and some other easy to spot scam email's. Any other's that you guy's have gotten that you noticed the bad spelling of??? I just delete the ones I get never open them! Edited Tuesday at 11:25 PM by ranma 1

However, as "common knowledge" continues to decline and any kind of proof-reading is apparently just too much trouble, I notice all kinds of spllellink and grammur and linguine misteakes everywear. 2
slusher Posted Wednesday at 04:11 AM Posted Wednesday at 04:11 AM I mark it as. Spam. If you open sometimes it will give you computer a virus..
ranma Posted Wednesday at 11:29 AM Author Posted Wednesday at 11:29 AM I still have trouble with my spelling as I tend to spell words by how they sound. I also have trouble with grammar as well due to a Learning disability. Which still gives me issues with that and math skills, Fractions don't compute well in my head. I understand the fraction just not multiplying them! 1
Falcon Ranchero Posted Wednesday at 12:28 PM Posted Wednesday at 12:28 PM Got a scam text the other day. Can't remember if there was bad spelling, but the scam said I had gone 63km in a 40km zone and that I had to resolve the ticket by clicking on the link in the text. Couple problems with that. 1) No vehicle in my name. 2) Cell number isn't registered anywhere at all. 3) Was out camping for a week when I got the scam. 4) Hadn't driven a car that whole week either. Sometimes scams are so plainly obvious it's sad.

Mike C Posted Wednesday at 08:27 PM Posted Wednesday at 08:27 PM Here's another one: I wonder what "order" it is. I know all my orders and there aren't any right now. I get these a lot. Notice how it has no information on it about anything.

stitchdup Posted yesterday at 06:42 AM Posted yesterday at 06:42 AM would the scammer that offered to sell his mates parts to me on here count. messaging a mod to scam them shows the level of intelligence they have, though it did makes their removal a much simpler job
