Claude Thibodeau Posted Saturday at 06:31 PM Posted Saturday at 06:31 PM Hi! Lately, I was looking at a wireless home phone that gave up the ghost... and it dawned on me that I could transform it into a snowmobile. Cold season is coming, so... Removed the unwanted parts, threw in spoons for skis, and scratchbuilt the track, suspensions, handlebars, seat, floorboard, bumpers, etc. Tamya brilliant orange + custom mix acrylic for the seat + rubber black for the track and Revell's spray chrome for the rest. Parts box leftover decals. Hours of fun with styrene! CT 11 1

Spex84 Posted Monday at 03:23 AM Posted Monday at 03:23 AM This is so awesome! I love the color scheme and general creativity. The spoon-skis and phone body are so well disguised, you'd never guess their origins!
89AKurt Posted Monday at 04:52 AM Posted Monday at 04:52 AM Being from Arizona, I don't know what that is. 🤪 That's very cool, fun project. I have an old bathroom scale that could look like a Rolls......
John B. Posted Monday at 12:04 PM Posted Monday at 12:04 PM Very imaginative and creative - nicely done!
