whale392 Posted February 3, 2010 Posted February 3, 2010 I've seen the real car in his museum..........and I don't think I could tell the difference if you parked this along side the real car (your model might be a touch cleaner than the real car!!). Outstanding work, and I agree.....thank you for joining this forum and sharing your builds with us.
caine440 Posted February 3, 2010 Posted February 3, 2010 Every time I look at your builds I am just amazed. Simply outstanding.
DrKerry Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Not sure how I ever missed this one John but what a beauty it is!!!!! Would like to someday build this myself!!!!
MAGIC MUFFLER Posted October 21, 2015 Posted October 21, 2015 Holy Moly !!!!!!!!! really nice looking build!
mustang1989 Posted October 21, 2015 Posted October 21, 2015 (edited) What catches my eye about your builds is the likeness to realism and it's something that I'm striving for. I like how you can take a model and paint everything up with all the shades and colors you do, throw your skills with Alclad in and then apply detail that mimics real stuff to create something this extraordinary. Builds like this is what sets a replication apart from a model. . Edited October 22, 2015 by mustang1989
Danno Posted October 21, 2015 Posted October 21, 2015 Resurrected from 5 years ago. Wow. I've seen the model in person, but somehow missed this thread before. Regardless . . . Johnny me boy, you done did it agin . . . way back when! Masterful as always. Oh, yeah. AND timeless.
