Here’s my workbench. It’s pathologically clean at the moment as I’m working on a Hasegawa Wright Flyer.

I have the same type of bench as Dave, but no where near as tidy. Two of my modeling friends says my work area gives them anxiety.

That's nothing.  I haven't even thought about posting a picture of my work pile, I mean bench.  

I really like the fact that you have a place to put up diagrams and schematics and pictures.   I have been needing something like that for a while.  just end up with piles of paper.

Cleaned it up big time for this shot, definitely needed it. The black desk around it really gets dusty when i start hammering away at sanding though. I do really need better storage for my paints, right now there just in an old cashew box.

My workbench is currently overflowing with stuff so no picture. I am working on a plan to remedy the problem. I found some storage bins the other day at  junk shop and I'm planning to find a better place to store unbuilt and built kits to hopefully make more room

So, I had to do something with my workspace. Everything was always piled up on the work area and I'd get frustrated looking for tools. I saw someone had toolbar magnets and so that would help. I also needed to organize my paints. Someone else used a thread spool holder and rubber bands. Cheap and affective. It's not perfect. But it's getting better.

This is a great thread, I see a lot of better ways I can organize. I have a small space that is actually a closet, but it's just enough room. Of course there are kits stacked all around me on shelves.
