Is that based on the funny car body, or was the later annual kit used?

Guessing the funny car based on the year, but curious because IIRC there's a size difference

Based on the F/C kit and there is not a size difference between it and the later annual kit. All the parts interchange or can be made to fit.

This is the funny car Gremmie next to a 1975 annual that I modified to accept the 1971-72 bumpers.

Wouldn't one those things make a COOL gasser?!!?biggrin.gif I can see it now with that high stance and a blown hemi!!

Great minds think alike. I have images of that thing with a blown Viper V10 stuffed into a tubbed chassis!

Sick, huh? :)

Just great. Another item I have to add to my must have list that I don't have the money for! :( I had a 1:1 in that funky purplish blue Persimmon color. All in all, that Gremlin was a pretty decent car. Darn it, I want one!

Uhh....what do we use for the chassis/wheels/tires?

Any suggestions for an AMC six?

If I can find some of the other pieces, I'd definitely get one. That' stock '66 Nova wagon, however, definitely has my attention.

I have a partially built 1975 Gremlin that will surrender its chassis and driveline for the 1971-72 body. Built Gremlins do show up on Ebay for decent prices.

Well answer to the chassis deal... I'm working on a tubbed interior bucket to build Pro Stocks with. The stock stuff is so crude that I really don't want to waste rubber on it but if you guys think the seats & chassis are needed I'll cast them. Here the style interior I'm making now.

This is 1 I do for a Vega. It uses the frame rails & rear fourlink from the Revell 55/57 Pro Sportsman kits.

Kenny,

I will assume that you will be bringing these to the show next month, both the bodies and the chassis? If so, please let us know how much they will cost as I keep increasing my "stash" money and this will probably cause me to donate plasma twice this month! ;);)

Nice stuff and can't wait to touch/see it in person.

Please cast the chassis and the seats,I would rather start with new stuff then a glue bomb from e-bay,plus the prices of those are really up there for junkers!

Yes , I agree . I am a Factory Stock builder . If I am going to buy a glue bomb , I'll restore it . I won't buy it for parts . Please make the stock parts and I'll be a buyer . I have your '70 GTX body as my first try of your products . I need it to complete a '70 Road Runner . I'll be back . You do nice work . Thanx ..

Second the motion. I don't mind if I have to buy an easily obtained current/recent-production kit, but having to find another model for well...most of it, especially one that's a bit tough to find and expensive, is something I'd have a real hard time justifying.
