Ryan S. Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 x2 to everything that has been said. If I hadn't seen pictures of all the modifications in process, I wouldn't believe. That is beautiful!
Art Laski Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 (edited) Nice build, Buddy! I love it!!!!!! Another Alclad masterpiece... Edited January 8, 2011 by Art Laski
parki Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 Looking awesome!! Can't wait to see it done. Paintwork looks better than the real car!! Like I said before, this is a show winner for sure. Great work.
DRG Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 After viewing this build I think, perhaps, I should just give up on Modeling and try paint by numbers instead. Incredible.
David G. Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 World class work. You could pass this off as an actual late '50s Ford concept model. One question, though. Is there enough space behind the front fender skirts to steer the front wheels? I'll take my answer off the air, thanks. Either way, it sure is a beautiful build. Regards, David G.
GTMust Posted January 8, 2011 Posted January 8, 2011 I think I just figured out how you do it. You're 3" tall and you work in a miniature body shop. Right? Fantastic!!!!

W-409 Posted January 9, 2011 Posted January 9, 2011 Very nice work with Alclad. I like that "chromed" body and red wheels, that combination is very good looking. Alclad work is made also very nicely, because you have done so many modifications to it, they are all made very nicely. It looks like resin kit, wich you have just painted and so on. All modifications are made perfectly. There are no any mistakes on it.

Challenger29 Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 Having seen the real car at SEMA, Barrett-Jackson last year where it was sold and at the 2010 Grand National Roadster Show, I can tell you this model is an AWESOME representation of the real car!!!! Great job John!!!! I wonder if the new owner of the car has seen this? Words do not do it justice!! -Jerry:>)
Kanedge Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 I think the real car is very ugly, but your model is amazing. The work that has gone into it, wow. I just want to know how you're going to handle the body without rubbing the Alclad off, have you coated it with anything?
Peter Lombardo Posted January 12, 2011 Posted January 12, 2011 This just keeps getting better and better.....you keep raising the bar for the rest of us....just an amazing reproduction.
