Hello......this is a replica of the "Thunderflite"........I started with a AMT 62 Thunderbird........opened up the doors and trunk........thank you to "Midnightprowler" for providing the glass.......wired and plumbed using "Pro Tech" braided line,gauges,t`fittings,spark plug wire,wire looms,detail wiring,distributor kit,oil breathers,oil filter.......sratch built canopy and modified glass to fit........stretched the body .........major modification to the the body.......alot of other modifications ........lowered suspension...... H.O.K. black with clear coat......then painted alclad......dash and interior Dupont Jarred red......foil .......flocking.......if you would like to see how I built this ......you can see it in the "On the workbench" section under 'Thunderflite"........I will post diorama photos too!.......thank`s for looking.

I've never seen or heard of this car, and now that I see it I have to say I'm not a fan of the actual car... but HOLY ######! John, you are a master craftsman. Your modeling skills are off the charts! I don't know how you do it, but I am very impressed. :lol:

Well John, I have to agree with most here, your build is magnificent, but the actual car....the real car is really not.....well, let's just say, not all it could be. Congratulations on an impressive build.....it is a sure winner.

John, whatever you decide to put paint and glue to always turns out to be a piece of art. Super job on all aspects!!!
