Great job.

Here is my 2 cents worth on the chassis weathering. My understanding is that there is one school of thought is that you don't paint or powder coat these chassis so you can see if any of the welds are cracking. I think that that is one of the reasons why the top fuel chassis aren't being painted.

Can't wait to see this finished.

Looking forward to seeing at one of the shows.

This is going to be another winner.

What in the world is this! How can a human being build something so small, to look so big. I'm completely amazed at your skills John, I haven't gone through the whole build but I have bookmarked this thread for further study.

This is art in the making....

John, your skills simply amaze me... This is an AWESOME build so far, the transformation of this car to what it is now is nothing less than GREAT!!! :D:lol:

A frighteningly, depressingly and inspiringly brilliant concept with tremendous depth in its execution. The detail discoloration of the various parts are especially impressive and add a very important dimension to the build.

Thanx so much for sharing all the how-to's as you progress on this wonderful model! B):) I know I'll make time to "drill down" on this post and bookmark it for future reference.
