Edsel-Dan Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 Longroofs?? Let me see how many I have in my Photobucket (Not All!!) One of my Fav's *InProgress!! 59 EDSEL Villager Bob Swartz cast the 59 Ford wagon from a Toy of mine. He gave me a bad resin 59 Edsel Corsair hardtop Chassis Was to be from Revell 59 Skyliner, but is now from AMT Modern tool 58 Pacer I started a second one in Styrene This one is not mating up as well as the resin. Go figure!!
Edsel-Dan Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 Others in my albums PMC 59 Ford Country Sedan. 2-tone is a Deluxe Promo, Turquios is the Toy Bob used as a Resin master AMT 61/2 Buick Special. I have had as many as 9 of these all in the past 5 years!! Sadly, ONLY One has the stock Tail lights!!!!
Edsel-Dan Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 HOLLYWOOD!!! Ecto-1 back-dated from the AMT/Ertl 1A (This was started when the Kit was New Years before the P-L kit!!) 1A from the Original kit I cut the glass apart into 4 pieces to make tinting easier. But the Testor's And ?? brand tints did not play nice. One side Is Testor's Clear blank spray, the rear door & other side are 2 layers of self-adhesive tinting film (I found a Large roll) Last Caddy Pic I need to restore this one, but, I can not find Original decals. None of the later versions match my set!!
