I have a few myself

I know I have Original's of the Fury & Concord

(Had 2 Concord and sold 1 that turned out to be missing wheels/tires)

I have 2 Peanuts version (Not sure which) and 4 Looney Toons.

I know 1 IS the Ram-Blur!. (Bugs Bunny!!)

Only Built Licensed is the Caprice Road Block "Police" Road Runner!!!!

I think other 2 are Porky Pick Street Heat/Concord

and Speedy Gonzalas Prowler like coupe

I've done a few but like most everthing else I do they're highly modified.

Many of the Slammer kits have great wheels and tires. The ones on the police Rambler are from the Black force.

 

These are from the Rambler. Note the flamed tread pattern. Very cool...err. HOT.

The Pro Star-like wheels on the Road Block car are very nice, but they seemed to be a tiny bit undersized for 1/25 scale, going on memory, and the Pro Street tires also undersized to match.

They were also released in 2000 as pre-painted Peanuts themed kits:
