hOLMS Posted July 30, 2011 Posted July 30, 2011 Oh yeah, one of the most awesome P/M bodies I've seen. This one has class, your chassis looks great and your detail is coming along fantastic. Love this one. I'm pulling for you!!
gasser59 Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 If the rest of this build come out anything like the body, chassis and tranny, this one will be a winner. Its outta da park!! Like the others have said, I'll be following this one closely.
Dragracer Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 Bell housing detail looks great, along with that tranny I think it's gonna be a winner!

Romell R Posted August 10, 2011 Posted August 10, 2011 This build is truly inspiring. keep up the excellent work!
futurattraction Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 Your Chevy II P/M was a fantastic project and this Vette is following in it's footsteps. The thing is, this is even cooler because of your custom body master. It looks out of this world so far, Rickard!
futurattraction Posted August 12, 2011 Posted August 12, 2011 Rickard, I've got a couple questions for you regarding your mold and resin. It looks like you've got a single injection point in the center of the roof, with vents at each end. Assuming I'm correct in that observation, do you have any particular trouble with trapping air anywhere? My second question: what brand of resin did you use to cast your bodies and what kind of cure time is it? Thanks... Scott

pharr7226 Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 Thanks guys, Soon I will start on the engine build. Just posting some old pics of my resin parts that I´m going to use. MSD Promag 44... Thanks for posting these pictures. I've wondered why my attempts to use a dremel as a lathe turned out so poorly. I didn't use a stable base or the right type of cutting tool. Now, I'm anxious to try it again.
baddgass Posted September 8, 2011 Posted September 8, 2011 Just look in for the frist time, and brother you'er doing one hell of a job!
eviltwincustoms Posted September 11, 2011 Posted September 11, 2011 Thanks guys, Soon I will start on the engine build. Just posting some old pics of my resin parts that I´m going to use. MSD Promag 44... Rickard, so I have to ask what are you using to turn the styrene down? It looks like they are Xacto blades that are broken off or are you suing something different? What are you using to make the concave section of the Mag towards the bottom?
